I prefer the way President Bushis handling it. These people are not U.S. citizens and do not fall under the protection of the U.S. COnstitution. I for one, do not want the hype nor the danger of having hundreds and perhaps thousands of these freedom hating folks over here in the U.S. sitting in our court system, consuming our tax dollars. These cases need to be handled efficiently and quickly, consistent with past wars. Doing otherwise will make us an even bigger target than we are now. Giving these enemies the very rights they hate and the rights that our soldiers have lost their lives over, seems very insane to me. Perhaps Bush should hold their trials in Tempe...are you willing to pay for it and take the risks?

dear editor:
its sad that in the interest of wanting to quickly punish the terrorists who bombed the WTC on 9/11 president bush wants to brush aside the bill of rights that demand government give accused criminals a fair trail.
instead president bush wants to give the accused criminals military tribunals where they can be found guilty by a 50% vote, executed and dont have a chance to appeal the verdict.
its nice to see that other countries are a little bit saner about this issue. in todays news spain is refusing to extradite 8 men to the USA who they have arrested for the 9/11 bombing because president bush will not give them a trial by jury.
